Shipping and Return Policy

Refunds are not offered. However, EJeanette Designs offers free repairs for any broken jewelry, provided that all beads from the original piece are recovered. Shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For full replacements of 10 beads or more, the cost is half of the original price, plus shipping and handling. Upon request, tracking numbers can be provided, typically via email updates. EJeanette Designs is not liable for lost or stolen packages; any damage or errors caused by EJeanette Designs will be remedied at no cost.
